At Showerbuddy, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a fit isn't quite right, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip inside to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
